We have been using best tours for years for our school field trips. We just had a pumpkin patch trip and our driver was very courteous with our small children and overall a great experience! We will be using them for another upcoming trip in December!!!

I had 100 kids stranded at Hume Lake because a broker, Charter Up, cancelled on us for no reason - which is truly still unknown. My principal frantically searched and came across BEST, explained our situation, and they responded when no one else would. The broker, Charter Up, (NEVER USE A BROKER) cancelled on us the day before at 4:00 PM. Best miraculously answered the phone. They called as many companies as they could think of, and when that didn't work, they called there own customers for the next day's charters and asked if they could budge there times to make a bus available for us. At 8:00 PM, they had a bus for us, working tirelessly to make sure we got home. With that one bus, we were able to finished off the rest of the kids with parents. Lesson - never use a broker. Best is called best, because, clearly, they are the BEST!

Great 4th of July trip. Our bus driver was awesome and the bus was very clean. The other bus driver Dennis was very rude and condescending. A simple yes or no question quickly broke our good mood. Other than that, the drive to and from was awesome.

I love this place. Took a bit of a break, but they remembered me. I was surprised, but God bless them! Trips are fun, affordable and easy. Friendly drivers and staff. They’re also Fresno/Clovis residents who try to stay involved in the community so it’s always a huge bonus to support a family business. If you have any problems, just tell them and they’ll do whatever they can to fix. I saw a review in which the gentleman mentioned he bought his ticket through Groupon so I began searching to see if there was anything I liked... I couldn’t find anything because as it turns out they don’t use Groupon and never have, so poor guy must have dealt with a different Best Tours.

Our company recently worked with best Tours and Travel to take a group of employees on a casino trip. The trip quickly grew from 56 people and 1 bus to over 150 people and 3 busses. Jasmine was wonderful in helping us with the planning and coordination of the trip. Our 3 bus drivers were friendly, fun, and above all professional. I would highly recommend using Best Tours and Travel for any group travel needs

Booked 2 seats to Disneyland for my daughter and I. Best decision ever! It gave us the lost time that I would've spent driving ourselves, for us to spend with each other. With no "Are we there yet?". Bus was clean and driver was very professional. I would 100% recommend Best Tours and Travel for anyone's travel needs. Thanks Best Tours!

I booked a trip to Monterey with best tours and travels. I have used many different agencies throughout the years for different trips in Canada and US and I can say by far that this is the best company I've ever dealt with. The fleets were new and super clean from the seats to the floors to the washroom. The service is personalized and impeccable. The staff which I assume are the owners since it is a family business are the sweetest and most caring I have dealt with. The bus driver we had on this trip was the best driver! It was a long 3.5hrs drive from Fresno to Monterey but they trip was smooth and entertaining since the driver was telling funny stories and talking about the history of a few places along the road. The buses are fully equipped and most importantly for me is the service and unlike the comment listed below I can assure you that this is by far the best customer service we have received! I highly recommend this company to anybody that is looking for a trip! Rating it 5 stars and I'm definitely doing business with them again

We have been using Best Tours for years now for our Youth Group trips. We take hundreds of students to LA, San Diego, Hume Lake, Pismo Beach and a bunch of other areas. We have never had one single issue with Best Tours. We use them 7-8 times a year for the past 7 or 8 years. Their prices are always competitive but most importantly, their drivers are incredibly safe and well prepared. They put the safety of our students and their passengers above everything else. Sometimes these drives can be really challenging (Hume Lake in the snow) and they always get us to our destination as safe as possible and in a timely manner. We will continue to use Best Tours for years to come.

I have enjoyed many good trips with friendly drivers. Everything was great and well-timed with consideration to the needs of the passengers. I would recommend Best Tours to anyone. But you need to accept the long rides and extensive sitting. Bringing extra snacks and drinks is a good idea. Expect to have fun and forget your troubles on these mini-trips.

Had a good time using this service. We took a day trip to Oakhurst. We decided to book again for a different trip. Staff are super friendly. Very organized. Bus is super clean. Wifi available on bus. Lots of storage overhead and under seats for those needing to bring a little more or doing the longer trips. Storage available in the underbelly of bus for wheelchair, walker, and stroller users. Charging outlets also available including TVs and a non flushable toilet in the back. We didn't watch a movie though, could be cause it was a short trip. Agenda is given or mailed to you after purchase of seats, seats are assigned but you're seated with your own group not with a stranger. They also provide the agenda on the day of. Use above rails if bus is in motion if and if you're using restroom. The only thing i have to say when making improvements, so far, is making emailing more accessible. Wrote them via email but never got a response. I found calling or seeing them in person, during normal business hours, worked best when booking seats. Prices overall are also very reasonable. Lots of retirees use this service but there were also a few younger people seen. They make it easy on us traveling since we hate to drive lol. We also made friends on the bus! Highly recommended!
